Add a ADX filter to my robot

My robot reads the timeframe of the graphic on which is attached and opens a trade when the two moving averages cross each other and the first new candle after the cross starts.

On this robot i want to add a new filter (there are already some other filters).

The new filter I want is about the indicator called ADX.

I want that the new filter allows the robot to open a new position if in the moment in which it opens the order ( ONLY at the opening of the first new candle after the cross) there is the condition of ADX that I have set. If there is not the condition, the robot will wait until the next cross between the two MA.

I want that the ADX is calculated with 14 period as default.

I want that the robot opens an order buy only if AD+ > AD- and opens order sell only if AD+ < AD-

I want the following inputs:

1) on/off or true/false

2) I want to set a value of ADX under which I don't want to open new trades: if the ADX level in the moment that the robot should open the trade is under this level, the filter has to stop the opening of the trade. I will wait the next cross between MA

3) I want to set a level of distance between AD+ and AD-. If, in the moment of which the robot wants to open the order, the distance between AD+ and AD- is shorter than the level I have set, the filter has to stop the opening of the trade. I will wait the next cross between MA
