AN EA to place pending orders based on high and low of previous candle

Hi

I would like to create an EA to do the following please…

·         To place 2 pending orders at a specific time of day…1 buy stop and 1 sell stop based on the high and low of the previous candle (e.g. 1 buy stop and 1 sell stop to be placed at 3pm on the H1 chart based on the high and low of the 2pm candle)

o   I would like to be able to switch particular days on/off…Monday through to Friday

o   I would like the EA to place the pending orders at a time that I can specify e.g. 3pm. The EA should always base the pending orders on the previous candle high and low (this will always be on the H1 chart)

o   The EA will only place the two pending orders at one time per day, never any more

o   For the buy stop order, I would like to specify the number of pips from the high of the previous candle e.g. if the high is 127.44 and I want the trade to be activated at 127.54 then I can specify 10 pips from the high

o   For the sell stop order, the opposite

o   I would like to specify the TP in pips

o   For the SL, I would like to do two things…either specify the SL in pips from the price the trade is activated or….to be able to place the SL based on the high and low of the previous candle e.g. if the order is a buy stop then I can specify the SL as a deviation from the low of the previous candle. If the deviation is zero for example, then the SL is at the same price as the low of the previous candle

o   I would like the EA to be able to handle all major forex pairs with different digits e.g. EUROUSD, GBPAUD, USDJPY etc

o   For order size, I would like to specify this as a % of the account balance on the MT4 account
