Simple EA to open buy&sell order at trendline

I tried to be as detailed as possible, so you can better gauge the time required to craft this for me, and quote a fee that is fair to both parties.

EA should work in MT4 only trading D and H4 currency pairs. With the possibility of H1 and M30.

Must function in VPS as well.

EA Bullish Trade Execution:

• A buy order is placed when the current price touches a trendline. Current price can be above or below multiple trendlines.
• Once buy order filled, a sell order is immediately placed “x”pips below entry. “x” inputted prior to trade.
• This buy position will be the only buy position for the duration of the trade, regardless of:

1. number of times price hits this trendline
2. other trendlines price crosses
3. moving trendline after price filled

• Trade will be in a hedge when price move against me and sell order is also filled.
• EA will only unhedge (close triggered sell position, take the loss and replace with new sell order) when price returns to buy price.
• EA allows unhedging once at per trading day by default (more on this later).
• TP and closing of position will be done manually by me.

EA Bullish Trade Execution:

Same principle but in the opposite direction.

Reducing trade frequency/ hedging/unhedging

• Only 1 active trade (1 buy order and 1 sell order) per chart regardless of how many times price hits trendline…or how many trendlines price cross.
• However, there can be 2 separate charts of the same currency pair.
• Obviously EA MUST be allowed to hedge at ALL times to protect account. 
• EA limits unhedge action to once per trading day during chosen session or sessions:

1. Asian/London/US
2. London + US as default active session.
3. alternatively, I could input a specific time window.

• EA unhedge limit per day can be increased. Simply input accordingly.

Risk management + position sizing

• Adjustable input > pips distance between buy and sell orders.
• Auto sizing input base on fixed cash amount or equity percentage.

Switching from bullish to bearish

• While the trade is in a hedge and I change my view from bullish to bearish, EA will then  unhedge for a sell. So instead of replacing the sell orders, it would hold the sell price and replace the buy orders.
• Note that this options is only possible either 1) during a hedge or 2) before a position is taken

Experienced developers please. I will need the source code for this and may also require a testing period of 10-20 days to be sure it fulfils my specification.
