Making an EA from my own strategy (MQL4 or MQL5)

Hello.

I’d like to have an ExpertAdviser made out of my Strategy.

I can program by myself but I wanted to outsource it.


Here are the main functions it has to do:

My strategy is based on reading the chart and searching for a M , W or HeadAndSholders formation.


It would be perfect if I can turn them on and off seperately.


Maybe if it is possible a value in percent how precise the Formation should be and if a formation is recognized show the percent value in the chart and in the notification.


StopLoss and Take Profit pips.


Notification message.


Magic Number for opening the EA  a few times in the same MetaTrading Terminal.


Lot size value.


On and Off times to avoid opening a trade for a special time like the asian session.


Also it has to recognize if the price is under an ema or above.

EA not opening sell orders in strategy tester 30+ USD
I have a custom EA that works fine in the live market trading, but when doing a back test in the strategy tester , it does not open sell orders. There are no errors or warnings; it just doesn't open sell orders. I've checked every possible reason that might be the reason why it does not open sell orders, but I can't find anything, especially since it works fine in the real market and it opens both buys and sells
