Specifiche

I need a smart programmer to develop my strategy that combines more than one indicator, the first two indicators are moving averages that giving signals for entering buy or sellthrough crossing , these signals are being filtered by a trend indicators in multiple time frames, for example if the trend MTF indicators are matched for sell, then i am going to filter only the sell signals for the moving averages , and similar for buying....next to come...files to be attached after being contacted by a programer
