Specifiche

Нужно доработать эксперта в МТ4:

1. Реализовать возможность указывать временной интервал во внешних параметрах, с интервалом в 5 минут. Т.е. 1:05, 1:10, 1:15  и т.д.   ВАЖНО! Сейчас реализована возможность указания интервала в час, т.е. 1,2,3,4 и т.п.

2. Открытие ордера должно происходить при закрытии того временного интервала что указан во внешних параметрах. Т.е.  указан параметр iStartHour : 15:15, значит и смотрим свечу что закрылась в 15:15 и открываем ордер.

3. Программист обязательно должен иметь средства связи в виде скайпа, чтобы можно было один раз показать как должно работать.
