Create a simple mt4 ea martingale

Hello,
I want to create a martingale on mt4 with the broker fbs.
Product Description:
the robot must start opening trades from 0.01 batch with for TP 0.60 pips and SL 0.60 pips.
if I win the trade, it starts again (keeping the same meaning (buy or sell) and the same lot of 0.01 and TP 60 pips / SL 60 PIPS).
But, if I lose the first trade (0.01lot * 0.60 pips + spread), the lot he will take (X) must allow me to win a sum greater than the loss
 X> (0.01lot * 0.60 pips + spread) always with A TP 60 / sl  60 pips.

we start again each time, if I win I keep the meaning (buy or sell). But if I lose, I change the meaning, if was buy i will put = sell, if it was sell i will put = buy.
