Im after a source code

Problem :

Im using library EAFGUI and files from article    : https://www.mql5.com/en/code/19703

Im after a simple example (source code) of creating new Dialog Window from main window after  np: pressing the button, and in new dialog box for example i'dlike to have a simple label object and table object

It should be a super simple job for someone who is familiar with this library

in Points:

1. main window includes 1 button (names are not important, please use alfabet  aaaa, bbbb cccc   i.t.d , size not importand , just big enough to see everything) 

2. by pressing this button we open new dialog Window

3 inside new dialog window I have label object on the top and button

4 below "label" I have  "table" object from the same library

5 by presing button from dialog window we opening  another dialog  window  (this one empty)

6  dialog  windows are  draggable and have all the features available in  this library  (close, question mark, and minimalise )

7 I dont care about small details ... my main gol is to know how to open new Dialog box and  be able to insert table object in to it :)

8 . all "include" files are  downloaded from   https://www.mql5.com/en/code/19703

9 . the result is : - source code, where i can learn what I was doing wrong, and "include files" if there was any change done to those files compared to https://www.mql5.com/en/code/19703

this should be 30 min job for someone who knows this library,      i was trying to be as clear as possible

My reason for this job is I'd like to use this library but now im stuck and not able to find answer no my question   ...for me time is important and I 'd like to keep working on my project :)
