I want to get programed the following EA

Applicable to current timeframe  ( is it possible to applied on multiple frames at a same time ? ) 

ATR , RSI AND SMI indicator applied

Moving Average applied to ATR and RSI

now at the end of every candlstick 

one can change parrameters of all indicator at a time of start

so that can be twicked 

 if ATR is above its MA AND

1) RSI is above its MA and SMI is above signal

then BUY

CLOSE the BUY order    when RSI is =/< its MA or SMI is =/< its signal 

2) RSI is bellow its MA and SMI is bellow its signal 

then SELL 

CLOSE the SELL order     when RSI is =/>its MA or SMI is =/> its signal

if ATR is = or bellow its MA then no trade should performed 

stoploss set to average of last 5 low for buy and last 5 high for sell 

no target set
