Prince action hedge EA

Hi is here anyone who can code an EA for me.

I have attached a file. if you can do it will be great.

this price action hedge EA. It takes profits at all time when 10 pips are reached. it opens trades both directions. and close all trades when it is coming back.

if there is any question just write me pls.

EA needs : levels

                fast execution place trades

                close all trades mode as

EA logic:  1. open trades B/S  =  0.01

               2. when 10 pips reached either direction (example) lets say sell  =  TP=  Sell 10 pips will close trade and at the same time will open S= 0.02  and B = 0.01

               3. than when it reach another 10 pips Sell = TP = 10pips 0.02    and it will open another trades S= 0.03  and B = 0.01

               4. and it continue each 10 pips

               5. if market turns back 10pips  TP = B= 10 pips at 0.01   and it opens trades B= 0.02 and S= 0.01 

               6. if market continue turns back then another 10pips TP= B 0.02   and it opens trade B = 0.03 and S= 0.01

               7. when market turnes again to sell and reach TP 2 usd it will close all trades

               8. then it will start again B/S = 0.01

               9. does not open trades till it reach 10 pips either way.

              10. when market will totaly turns back to you. It will make TP 2usd and close all trades as well.
