Developer (preferably) UK Based

A previous request was made by someone that is exactly what I am trying to accomplish.  A programmer did the job

for the customer and customer was very pleased. I would like to find that programmer or another that can do the same job for me.

below is the job description that was previously used:

I have trade signals i get by telegram messaging, i would like to have a robot designed to read those message for trade inputs and open and close trades base on the signals

Ea must be able to scan my telegram Message app 

Read signals sent 

Open trades on the mt4 or mt5 and manage them to close

Read signals every one minute (user changeable input)

must be able to have password and login to access the EA
