EA - similar to Megabreaker

I'm looking for someone to develop an EA in MT4 that is similar to  Megabreaker with a few additions and changes.  Megabreaker is a free EA, available from a number of sites and I have not been able to find the author, nor have any sites emailed me back. If I could reach the author, I would just have it fixed. But I would like a few minor enhancements.

I can forward megabreaker to the programmer. There is also a Youtube video on its use

It looks back, draws Highest/Lowest lines, uses these as entry points.  Uses SL, TP, Trailing on Profit and/or Trailing stop. It allows user to move Highest/Lowest lines in any way (straight, angle, etc) and the program adjusts the order initiation accordingly. When the price breaks one of the two lines, an order is placed. The type of order depends on the parameters entered.

I have a complete 5 page document listing how it should work for those folks wishing to bid on the project.


As this is my first job posting here, I'm assuming the Price mentioned above are in US Dollars.
