Simple EA with RSI option

i need an EA that is based on candlestick and 1 Moving Average, with RSI to choose as option 

      - with maximum order able to set to open and Spread filter

      - works on all timeframes

if a Candle closes above Moving Average, open Sell order (and vice versa function to choose) at candleclosing! ( candleclosing is always entry point)

if a Candle closes below Moving Average, open Buy order (and vice versa function to choose) at candleclosing! ( candleclosing is always entry point)

Exit Point is if Tp is reached, Sl is reached, or Price touches Moving Average

       - in case price touches Moving average close all open order (if maximum open order is more then 1) , if TP is reached or SL close only that order that reached ether SL or TP

if price touches moving average and all orders are closed, wait where the candle closes that touched moving Average and open a new order immidiately (ether above or below Moving Average, Sell or Buy)

option is RSI: (also with maximum order to open)

entry:

if rsi is overbought open sell order at candleclosing (if candle closes in overboght zone)

if rsi is oversould open buy order at candleclosing (if candle closes in oversould zone)

exit: touching of moving average, or SL or TP

again, if price touches Moving Average close all open order, if TP or SL is reached close only the order that reached
