Heiken Ashi Compounding Strategy

I am looking for someone to write a script for an automated EA in MT4 based on the following strategy. 

Some background about me, I am an experienced Trader for the last 10-15 years having tested thousands of strategies. Only in the last few years have my strategies become profitable over the long run. My strategies are all manual and now however wish to go fully automated.

The strategy I have is based on the Heiken Ashi (HA) Bars. It operates as normal with the HA strategy however it compounds on every HA bar whenever there is a new high of the same colour going long or new low going short in the opposite direction.  

Following is an example.

For Long Positions Hourly :

1)     Require 1 HA green bar confirmation.

2)     Enter Long on the second hour on the open.

3)     If the high is higher than previous bars high enter on the Open of the next bar.

        Or if there is a new high enter the next bar.

        Or enter a second or third position also etc.

4)     If the high is LOWER than the previous hours high then do nothing.

        However keep adding positons if there are new highs. 

5)     Exit ALL Long positions when the first red HA Bar appears.

        Then do the opposite of going Long and go Short in the same way.

General Notes :

a) Only enter on the Open of the Normal Candle or Normal Bar

b) Do Not Use the Open of the Heiken Ashi Bar This is Not a Realistic Price.

c) Should be able to test for hourly or daily bars etc.

d) There should always be a Long or Short Trade occuring 24/7

e) Have Stops of -3.50% for each position. (To be optimised later)

f) Perhaps a Take Profit % also ? (But maybe work on this later)

g) Maybe add positions to every single HA Bar ? instead of only new highs or lows?

   (But maybe work on this later)

h) Option for 2 and 3 HA Bars confirmation ?

I have done a lot of manual testing on this strategy which produces good results, but I need the testing to be automated so I can test it on much wider range of securities and eventually be automated.

Eventually I will need someone to help me automate this strategy completely in MT4 and perhaps work on other strategies also.

If you could give me an estimate of the price you would charge that would be greatly appreciated.

Also, please advise on how bugs will be fixed. Do you do all testing before the script is released ? And what happens If bugs are found after release to me, will you be able to fix them after the script is completed?
