I want a Custom Code for Lot Sizing

I want a Custom Code for Lot Sizing 

Below is an explanation of how I want it to work.  

I want the start lot size to be 0.01 (let this be editable for me)
I want the “lot size” to automatically increase by 0.01(let this be editable for me) each time my account balance increased by $200
But I don’t want the “lot size” to decrease when my balance is decreasing 
I also want the ‘lot size’ to increase only when all losing trade is recovered and when my balance is greater than the previous highest balance. 

Below is the practical example of what I want.
