C4 indicator(Combo 4) sepwin+textlabels

Need an indicator that integrates 4 indicators into just one.

Needs a separate window & text labels with System & Wingdings.

Separate window displays 10 levels of which 8 are used for timeframes.

Furthermore, separate window displays an arrow up(gold) or dn(aqua).

Separate window calculation is based upon an average of buy/sell which is highest.

Text labels of timeframe will be necessary several bars before bar 0. 0.4+level.(See Attachment).

Text labels has a display of the indicators, periods, total percent & total signal percent. System 10/20.

Furthermore, text labels may be disabled but their calculations still done; the text is disabled color.

In summary, the indicator will require an integration of four indicators into one indicator. 2 are MTF.

Furthermore, separate window will display square arrows - and text labels will be displayed.Period is yellow.

Lastly, to call this indicator it should require an evaluation over buffers which should be available with empty values of 0 and appropriately named labels. This indicator should be able to provide signals for any of the four indicators if required such as just one indicator and one period so buffers must be arranged well enough to provide the signals.
