Trend Line Draw Indicator

Hi,

I need a particular Indicator that draw trendline based on indicator attached.

In the image i defined the point to be evaluated and separate it for importance.

What i need is to to draw from Best High Quality point the TL with the other 2 point.

When it Draw the TL from High quality point it must draw the line only with the high point.

 It must draw the TL with different thickness. If it draw from best to medium it must draw it more thick; If it draw from best to low it must draw less thick.

The same rules must be applied  for the Low Point.

It's clear that the trendline must respect the based rules. The price from point 1 and point2 musn't open and close outside the trendline otherwise the indicator musn't draw it.

There is also another rule for the thicker TL: 

for the TL draw with High Point: 

If after the indicator draw the Thicker Trendline there is a Low quality point that is higher respect the TL not more than n pips ( extern variable)...the indicator must update the TL from The best point to the low Point maintaining the thicker.

for the TL draw with Low Point: 

If after the indicator draw the Thicker Trendline there is a Low quality point that is Lower respect the TL not more than n pips ( extern variable)...the indicator must update the TL from The best point to the low Point maintaining the thicker.

In the image i have numbered the Highquality point because i need an external variable that draw the trend line generated from the n back high quality point. 

Also the indicator musn't draw TL based on this Rules.

For High TL it musn't draw it if the second point is higher than the first 

For Low TL it musn't draw it if the second point is Lower than the first

Thick for medium Quality Point TL

Thick for  Low Quality Point TL

Color of High TL

Color of Low TL
