MT4: Marking of Candlestick

Hi Folks,

not sure, whether my requirements are possible or not, but I try to explain what I need.

I am using candelstick charts in MT4.

For me, the important part is only the candlestick body (The upper and lower wicks will not be taken into consideration)

This candlestick body should be divided in 4 parts of the same size.

To realize this, I need an indicator, which draws a line, dot or whatever
at 25%, 50% and 75 %  within each candlestick body (see drawing below)

Furthermore, the marking of the body should only be done, if the body has a specified size.
This size should be adjustable in the settings.
For example: The size of the body will be defined as 20 pips. Candles with a body less than 20 pips, won't be marked 

Settings of the indicator
1. First Value: 25%
2. Second Value: 50%
3. Third Value: 75%
4. Spezified Candle Body (Greater than): 10 pips
5. Colour of the Line or Dot:   Blue
