Candles based arrow indicator

i need an indicator based on candle movements . there will be 2 conditions to show arrow .

SELL OR DOWN ARROW

1 : if the current candle breaks the high of the previous candle to more then given pips (number of pips will be editable in settings ) and then comes back to its open price even before candle close indicator will show a down arrow when ever price comes back to open price . indicator will also look if the previous 1 or 2 candles are bull candles , this option will also be editable .. so if we select 2 for candles indicator will look last 2 candles and only show the arrow if last 2 candles were bull candles .

2:  if the current candle closes as bull but it closes more then half below from its high (if it went 20 pips from open to high then closed below 10 pips.) indicator will show the down arrow at its close , upper 2 requirements will also be checked here , 1 : if this candle has broken the high of previous candle and gone higher to given pips ,,,2 : if last 1-2 candles were bull candles. 

BUY OR UP ARROW ..

just opposite to buy conditions ...

1: if current candle breaks the low of previous candle to given pips then comes back to open price indicator will show buy or up arrow , only if previous candles were bear candles , number of candles will be editable in settings as described earlier .

same way if the current candle has broken the low if previous candle and closed more then half above of its open to low price . indicator will also check if the previous number of candles were bear .
