Job to create an EA that reads data from a website and write results according to some rules into an unicode text file

I'm looking for a good coder who can code an (MQL4) EA that can process simple data into a unicode text file.

I need data from a website like this one: MQL5 doesn't allow me to write an URL here, but it's an URL from Myfxbook

Needed user inputs of the EA:

- URL to check: (for example www...com) MQL5 doesn't allow me to write an URL here

- Refresh rate, check data and create updated file every: ....... minute

- File name and path: (for example D:\XTIUSD.txt)

- Symbol 1 to 70 => 70 lines where the user can specify which symbol number is which pair in the URL. For example: Symbol 1 = XTIUSD, next line Symbol 2=EURUSD etc..

Needed functions:

* The EA has to scan the data below "Top Absolute Correlation" and process this data according some simple rules to create a textfile.

* The EA has to recognize a pair name in the website data, check if there is a positive, or a negative ( - )  value in percentage behind this pair name and write this result behind the corresponding symbol number in the text file. A positive percentage value should make the EA write a "0" behind the symbol in the text file, a negative percentage value should make the EA write a "1" behind the symbol in the text file. All pair names that aren't visible in the URL below the "Top Absolute Correlation column" should make the EA write a -1 behind all other symbols. 

Example: ;   -> Below "Top Absolute Correlation" we see XBRUSD (+) 99.6% --> In the user panel the user had specified that XTIUSD is for example SYMBOL 1. The EA should now write a "0 " behind SYMBOL 1= -> SYMBOL 1=0

In the same colum we also see EURUSD with a (negative) -80.8% value -> Let's say EURUSD is specified in the user panel properties as SYMBOL 2 -> The EA should write a 1 behind SYMBOL 2 in the text file -> SYMBOL 2=1

- The created text file is always 70 lines long and the data from the URL is always 11 pairs and this file should always look something like this:

Symbol 1=0

Symbol 2=1

Symbol 3=0

Symbol 4=-1

etc..
