Specifiche

Нужен советник, который будет открывать позиции при достижении определенного % в разнице цены закрытия предыдущей свечи и закрытия текущей. Далее позиция должна держаться определенное фиксированное кол-во времени (минут).Опционально нужен TP и SL. Советник должен учитывать наличие текущих открытых позиций, время торгов для определенных валютных пар (не открывать позиции на первых и последних свечках).
