I have a pivot indicator . I want to make a ea by this indicator. please at first read this carefully

Can someone make this pending order ea for me. I have a pivot indicator . I want to make a ea by this indicator. please at first read this carefully .

                                                          Hare is my strategy.

Condition :

1.This ea will start when server time is  0.00 & open only pending order .

2.Secondly at first  it will try to open buy limit order if unable to open buy limit ,then it will open  buy stop order. Similarly it  will try to open sell limit order if unable to open sell limit ,then it will open  sell stop order.

Because some times market will open above the MR1 or bellow MS1.then ea will not open any trade.  so this it the best method for open trade.

3. Ea will open one (buy $ sell) order a day .if pending order trigged by price then it will not open any order same day .

Buy Rule : If previous day  high low is  bellow 40 ,then ea will open buy limit/buy stop at MR1+3 pips & take profit is MR2 & stop loss is MS1-3 pips

Foe example today  MR1 is 1.3340 .With additional 3 pips like 1.3340+0.0003 =1.3343 is today MR1.so ea will open order on 1.3343.

For Wednesday market  ea will open order by this issue : Ea did not calculate previous day high low & Ea will open Direct buy limit/buy stop at MR1+3 pips & take profit is R2 & stop loss is MS1-3 pips.

Sell Rule :  If previous day high low is bellow  then ea will open Sell limit/sell stop at MS1-3 pips & take profit is MS2 & stop loss is MR1+3 pips

Close : when server time will 23:00.then ea will close  all open & pending order

Ea Setting must contains this setting.

1.Lot ( where I will change lot)

2.Server time ( default time must have  0.00.but this option must contains on ea setting where I will change the server time & ea will calculate daily pivot by this time)

3.Close time (default time must have 23:00  & this setting must contains in ea setting, where I will change the  order close time)

4. Buy .pips value ( Where I will change buy pips value. Default pips value is 3 pips. Which will add with MR1.For example today  MR1 is 1.3340 .With additional 3 pips like 1.3340+0.0003 =1.3343 is today MR1.so ea will open order on 1.3343

5.Sell pips value  ( Where I will change sell pips value. Default pips value is 3 pips. Which will add with MS1.For example today  MS1 is 1.3340 .With additional minus  3 pips like 1.3340-0.0003 =1.3337 is today MS1.so ea will open order on 1.3337
