I'm looking for a fully automated trading EA that's based on two "slope-direction-line" custom indicators: One fast and the other slow. The fast is used to trigger trades, and the slow acts as a filter. I'm looking for MQL4 code that's free from errors, that works with any currency and time frame, and that works with a five digit brokerage account. I'll want the original mql4 code, as well as the working file.
The idea is that long trades (buys) will be triggered when the fast trend turns up (based on the color of the indicator line), but only if the slower trend is also up. When the color changes again on the fast line to down (indicating a pullback), it triggers the sale of the long position, but no shorts are to be implemented while the slow trendline remains up. If the fast trendline again turns up, then another long trade is triggered immediately when its color changes again. The opposite for downtrends on the slower line of course. While the slow trendline is up, only longs are allowed. While down, only shorts are allowed. That's the default condition, but I'd also be glad to have the option of turning that on and off (without having to do it in the editor).. i.e. so trading in both directions is also possible.
I'm not sure if it's possible, but I'd like the choice between having a trade put on immediately when I attach the EA to a chart, versus having it wait until the next change in direction (as is the case in MA crossover EAs). If that's not possible, then I'd prefer to have the it put on immediately... IF the trends agree, of course.
Also, I'd like to automate when the EA runs. I know it can be turned on and off easily, but if possible I'd like to be able to turn it on and off more than once per day. For example, on at 2AM, off at 8AM... then back on again at 10AM and off at 2PM.
The variables need to include periods for both SDL indicators, shift for both, time on and off, lot size, TP, TS, SL, plus any others that you can think of that might be valuable. All of these need to be available for optimizing on strategy tester.
I'd also like to be able to come back to you for tweaks -- on a pay basis of course.
Thanks, and I hope we'll be able to work together!
