Require an EA which is similar to Spartan Bolt EA v1 to be written in MQL4 and possibly MQL5 later

Hi all developers,

I require an EA written for me in MQL4 and possibly MQL5 later, which is the same as or similar to the popular Spartan Bolt v1 EA, which is a HFT EA.

Initially, the EA should function the same as Spartan Bolt v1 with the same parameters, and the code needs to be readable by a programmer and not something that has been decompiled.  It needs to be able to be run in the MT4 Strategy Tester optimised to be run best when used with tick data. Later, I would like it to be also written in MQL5 language so it can also be run in the MQ5 Tester.

As time goes on, I will need you to modify and improve the EA to my specs (more input parameters and chart info displays) with further development.

I am looking for a developer who is familiar with this EA and has already attempted to write a similar EA, hence the $100 max offer.  But as I mentioned, I am willing to spend more on development costs for my own enhancements and improvements.

I will require the .mq4 and .ex4 formats with each version update.
