News filter for EA which has already been made . Developer currently too busy to complete . Ea to read economic calandar and not trade just befor during and after news events

i also need some other services . i need someone to analyse the EA's progress and make amendments as required . 

 the EA runs on a profile of 12 pairs and uses moving average heiken ashi and volume to take trades  and exit .  

for each pair the EA has been optimised and back tested  by a financial analyst that codes he has set the ideal stop loss distance etc that works over time . 

I have noticed it will make really big profit at times in the week when i am watching it only then for the market to turn and then for the profit to be given back to the market .  

i either want to add a global take profit when open  equity gets to a certain level the EA will close the trades 

or i want the EA to read the pairs open profit before the open of a new candle  eg 9:55am and maybe take profit  before the next candle opens .  

the gross profit in a month was  something like 6000 and gross loss was something like 4800

so i need to try and reduce some of these losses or increase the closed profits .  

several times last week the open profit was above 1000 usd  

then went down to 100 usd without closing any positions  

i am also considering making so that the EA only opens positions during the best trading hours of the day also .
