EA to close duplicate orders selected in my trading pool

Please create a new EA to CLOSE duplicate orders if the following conditions are met:

(1) This EA is not to open any new orders, this EA just monitor CLOSELY and check for two similar Open Orders, and close one of them immediately when this condition below is met:

        (a) If both open orders have StringFind(OrderComment(),"Original",0)==0)
        (b) If both open orders have Lot size = 0.02
        (c) If both open orders have SAME SYMBOL
        (d) If both open orders have SAME DIRECTION (or OPPOSITE DIRECTION) (or BOTH DIRECTIONS) - pls let me choose
        (e) At least one of the open orders have OrderProfit() > $1 or both orders have OrderProfit() > $1

(2) This EA will close only the order with the BIGGEST OrderProfit().

(3) If there is only 1 open order with same DIRECTION and same SYMBOL and same OrderComment and LotSize, do not close this 1 open order even if the OrderProfit()>$1.

(4) Please make the EA to check all the Open Orders in my account constantly.
