Need Breakout EA with multiple Profit Targets

Looking for a developer to program breakout EA with options for 2 profit targets.

Inputs from user: EntryLotSize, Length, StdDev, ProfitTarget01LotSize, ProfitTarget01Pips, ProfitTarget02LotSize, ProfitTarget02Pips, StopLossPips.

Entries:

 -Stop order long: Go long highest high of "Length" bars plus (StdDev * standard deviation of length). Stay long until short condition occurs.

 -Stop order short: Go short lowest low of "Length" bars minus (StdDev * standard deviation of length). Stay short until long condition occurs.

Targets:

 -If ProfitTarget01LotSize or ProfitTarget02LotSize are greater than 0, then exit user-defined lots at user-defined target pips.

 -If ProfitTarget01LotSize or ProfitTarget02LotSize are 0, then continue current position until change of direction.

StopLoss:

 -Send stop loss order at user-define input for StopLossPips.

 Please let me know if you can program this EA and provide an estimate.
