EA multi currency lot fix

I have had an EA built which is working relatively well, however the issue I am having is the EA takes trades in many different pieces, and uses a dynamic lot calculator, whereby I can input the amount of loss I am willing to take in respect to the account margin. The problem I am having is that when trading on numerous different currencies, the lot calculator is calculating the lots for each currency differently. I will give an example: 

When putting 0.1 and testing with the euro, then with the jpy, on a 10k acc, (ie my loss is 0.1% per piece taken in 6 pieces) the EUR loss is 61.70 usd but the yen which is using a high lot amount (even though it is still 0.1% of the account), the loss here is 75 usd. This is what is happening live and it is skewing results because if they both perform the same, 6 pip 6 piece profit on the euro, and 6 piece 6 pip loss on the yen, the account is still down. 

If anyone can provide an actual solution so I can trade multiple currencies with the EA actually losing (or winning) the inputted amount, I would be extremely grateful.
