Hedging EA required

hey fellow coders,

i need to have EA developed that scans for open orders and opens hedge orders automatically (full hedge or % of the open order).

It will create hedge order by several requirements:

by pair;

by magic number'

by comment (or part of the comment)'

by lot size; 

It should use global variables or other mechanics to track status of hedged orders in case of MT4 crash, update etc. 

It should have small "graphical" output on the EA chart to show pairs open float or global open float.
