Modify my EA, backtest and best settings for backtest results

I have an EA which works on 1 HR time frame for EURUSD and does the following -

a) Opens Long orders only.

b) Opens only 1 order at a time.

I want to get this EA to -

a) Open Sell orders as well

b) Can have more than 1 open positions at a time.

After these there are few more changes to do -

Lets say EA opened a BUY order and even before that order is closed, after certain number of hours or candles I get another sell order. Then there are two things this EA can do -

a) Either close the previous BUY order and open sell order

b) Close the previous BUY order and don't open any sell order.

Same is the case when the previous order was sell and new buy order signal came even when the last order was active.

So in the input box of Strategy tester, add 2 variables -

Tolerable Distance - This is the number of hours/candles by which last OPEN AND ACTIVE position of should be separated from new position opposite direction

Action - Action is what it should do. It can be YES or NO.

YES means close the previous order and open new order

NO means close the previous previous order and don't open new order.

Once this much is done, now I will require the programmer to get it back tested and come up with the best settings.

Compensation is $50 for coding and $200 for backtesting and getting with best settings of Tolerable distance, Action, Trailing stop loss, stop loss, take profit etc from 1999 till date at tick by tick modelling..
