EA programmer needed to create automated trading based on RSI and EMA

I need an EA that can takes automated trades when:
  

After each bar is closed:

Long trades
1) EMA 5 crosses EMA 10 from bottom to top
2) RSI (10 - Apply to Median Price: HL/2)  cross from under 50 to over 50.

2) RSI (10 - Apply to Median Price: HL/2)  cross from over 50 to under 50.

Each trade should risk 1% of account.

Take profit level 100 pips.

Stop loss at 50pips.

Once the trade is 20 pips profit, move stop loss to 1% profit.

Once the trade is 40 pips profit, move stop loss to 21% profit.

Once the trade is 60 pips profit, move stop loss to 41% profit.

Once the trade is 80 pips profit, move stop loss to 61% profit.

Once the trade is 90 pips profit, move stop loss to 81% profit.
