BUY SELL indicator to Binary Options EA

Excuse me for my bad English.

Want to convert BUY SELL indicator to Binary Options EA.

Signal occurs on current candle with delay.

Ex: On M5 I get signal between zero second and 290 seconds after candle open.

I need these parameters on setting:

-          Expiry TF: M1, M5, M15, M30, ………………

-          Signal Delay: After this time period EA will not consider signals

-          No Trade Balance: No trade if account balance is < or = this balance

-          MM: No martingale but two options:  Fix amount and % of account balance

-          Start Time – End Time: Must be three

-          Reversal Trade:

-          News Filter (If possible): No trade 15MN before and after news

Important: 

EA must work with all MT4 Binary Options broker. I can provide a sample of this kind of EA if needed.

Trade Example

Suppose M5 TF and Current Candle at 10:00:00

Setting:

Expiry TF: M1

Signal Delay: 120 seconds

If signal occurs at 10:00:45, EA must wait for M1 (Expiry TF) candle close.

The EA must take trade at every M1 candle close until M5 candle close.

So first trade at 10:01:00, second trade at 10:02:00, third trade at 10:03:00 and fourth trade at 10:04:00

10:05:00 is M5 candle close so no Trade.

Important:

Signal Delay on setting is 120 seconds so no trade if signal occurs after 10:02:00

To avoid EA delay, it will be nice if EA could take position 2 to 3 seconds before next Expiry TF candle open.
