Indicator selecting EA

I am looking for a coder who can apply the trading strategy depicted on

some changes on part 3, and NO part 4 and 5. 

Basically:

1- if ADX(14) line is below 20, trade according to a oscillator indicator. I would like to chose between oscillator indicators, and the parameters of that indi. Candidate indis would be RSI, stochastic and bollinger bands

bollinger bands would be traded as: if price closes below the lower bound buy, and if closes above higher bound sell. 

2- if ADX(14) line is above 30, trade according to a trend following indicator. I would like to chose between indicators, and the parameters of that indi. Candidate indis would be MA and MACD

3- if ADX is at or above 45, close half if the pos is in profit. set trailing and wait for higher profit or break-even on the rest.

4 and 5- if ADX between 20 and 30 do nothing. Manage open pos (if any) with SL, TP and trailing.

use just ADX line (not +di nor -di)  

all indi parameters and strategy levels should be costomizable! 

one trade at a time.

should have a magic no, so that i can run it with multiple currencies.

hidden sl tp and trailing

sl tp trailing and breakeven in points

fixed lot size or equity/risk related lot calculation.

your opinion on other properties welcomed.
