We are Noiros Fx,  an elite forex based company that receives jobs from different clients both here and other sites and also offline and in turn, we give these jobs to interested Forex traders and developers and get our percentage off it . We basically operate the rule of the " best man wins " in our system for effectiveness . Meaning, the first person to provide full solution to a job takes home the money. Working with us has a lot of benefits which includes the fact that our jobs are mostly high paid and we post more than one job at a time. This system gives every equal opportunity and the best gets the best and takes the money home. Below is our mode of operation.

1. We get the job.

2. We Send job details to all freelancers with client details attached .

3. Freelancers completes and send solution of job to clients and also sends solution of job to us.

4. A time frame is attached to all jobs and whoever completes the job first within the timeframe gets the money.

5. Since we are more like middlemen in a transaction , we pay freelancers immediately we get paid. This also means that no contract is entered between us and the freelancers until solution for a job is accepted by a client.

6. The fund for each job is shared 30% to 70% between is and freelancers. 70% -- freelancer.
