Modify EA

EA need to adjust to work fine, i have attach the ea file, you need to change the ext to mq4 for test
the code has no errors but not work fine as it is not follow the if conditions as i need, so i explain how the ea work, this ea should open sell position or buy position according to simple rules, open buy when candle number 1 and 2 green and sell if 1 and 2 red, very simple rules(condition #1) but this open/sell condition have another rule it is not to open this before check the distance from open position say 20 pips and this 20 pips input variables if it is 0 this mean the position will open once the condition #1 occur. all this condition in case no open positions, in case there is open position say buy we have another condition #3 to open 2nd position only after distance say -30 pips from nearest open position, say the nearest buy position at -10 pips from current price so the ea will not open new position untill it is equal to -30 or more, and same for sell. now i wrote ea to sell only under this condition and another ea to do this also for buy both work fine and do all jobs and open position as i need but when i wrote the ea to do both sell and buy in same ea it is not work fine. i have attached ea for sell and buy i hope every points is clear, i need to know you understand my project will for any misunderstand, and will not pay you untill i check this ea work fine as i need and you accept any modify i request within my requirment i explained. you can send me the ea as ex4 but once i accept it i should receive the source code mq4, if you have any questions i am ready to answer. once the ea is work fine i need the
