Price action EA

Hi;

I would like an EA based on the price action, simple rules are as follows;

1. on any currency pair and any time frame is should work.

2. the ea will check the pair price within 10 minutes. if the previous price is smaller than the actual price execute Buy order with 10 pip TP and SL levels.

else execute SELL order with TP and SL levels.

also users should be able to choose how many open orders you can have,  

this is very simple way to open orders and automate trading. 

i also have couple different requests.

Let me know who can code this far.
