NEED EA Build NEED to be able to speak english to the developer

Need manual explaining what each setting means and how to change each option.

Need option to be able to add in rsi settings.  MA settings so it can be turned on where can only buy if it crosses the 25MA and sell the same if I choose to.  Can turn off also.

Need to work on all major pairs

Need to backtest for the results and options to be able set the sl trailing stop settings by amount of pips.

Want option to turn on and off a trade manager ea where each time the SL is moved the previous trades half of the profit is taken and the rest is left for the trailing stop to manage. 

Need to see small dotted line where each SL was moved up or down.

Need to be able to set the risk of equity per trade so it automatically calculates and resizes the lots or I want to be able to turn that off and enter manually lot size.

This EA will need to be able to be placed onto any currency pair and any timeframe and will be looking at price action only.

 It will Buy and Sell if conditions are met.

 I would like the EA to only effect the chart it is placed on so that I can have the EA running on multiple charts / time frames independently and one chart will not effect another.

Max loss per trading day is 10% before account is shut off and all trades are closed.  Want to be able to change this %

I want to be able to add times it will trade only and if time left blank, it will trade all the time.

I want options to be available to turn on and off of email  phone and push notifications.  I want a daily message every time the account reaches 10% in profits in equity.

Want to be able to back test and try all situations and how they work.

I WANT TO WORK FOR NORMAL CANDLESTICKS AND BE ABLE TO BACKTEST EASILY IN MT4.  the renko image is just to show an example.
