Specifiche

What I need is an Expert advisor that enters a long position as soon as 3 moving averages are alltogheter going up and enter a short position when the 3 moving average are alltogheter going down.

It should close 2/3 of the total opened quantity when one of the MA change the direction (from going up to going down and viceversa) but it should also open a new order after if the MA goes again in the same direction of the other 2 up to X times. 

It should close all the open orders when 2 of three MA change direction. 

I need the source code not only the compiled file.
