Simple EA based on THV trix indicator

I need to create an EA based on 3 Indicators. Genesis Matrix (this indicator is four indicators combined into 1), ASCTrend and THV3 - MTF Trix.

The rules goes as follows:

For a Buy:

Filters: THV3 - MTF Trix (M5) should have cross up wards (Yellow circle and arrow in picture attached) and Genesis Matrix and first line in ASCTrend bars should all be green (Blue circle in picture attached)

The signal: THV3 - MTF Trix (M1) crosses up from under the "0" line (red line in picture). As soon as the Bar closes and all these rules are there, the EA generates a buy (in the picture attached, a blue vertical line shows the bar which as soon as it closes the EA makes a Buy)

For a sell: it's the exact opposite.

Filters: THV3 - MTF Trix (M5) should have cross down wards and Genesis Matrix and first line in ASCTrend bars should all be purple

The signal: THV3 - MTF Trix (M1) crosses down from above the "0" line. As soon as the Bar closes and all these rules are there, the EA generates a sell.

Options in the EA:

1- Trailing stop

2- Choosing to move SL to breakeven automatically

3- Choose time to trade during the day

4- Choose if a position is open and I get a new signal it takes it (example: I have a buy position open and I get another buy or sell signal it takes it. If I have a sell position open and I get another sell or buy signal, it takes it)

5- Martingale option (If I get a loss, the next trade the EA takes is bigger quantity than the previous one. I have to be able to put in the coefficient that the EA multiples the lot size with) example: I put coefficient of 1.5, it makes the lot sizes go 1-->1.5-->2.25........ If I put coefficient of 2 it goes 1-->2-->4-->8......

6- When Martingale option is on, and a position is open and I get a new signal it DOES not take it.

7- Choose fixed lot sizes or lot sizes according to risk percent according to the Stoploss I put in.

8- Choose to give me alerts (Sound, Email)

9- Works with ECN brokers (Able to open lots with 2 decimal places example: 1.27, 3.42) Also work on pairs with 5 decimals in price) 

10- of course the usual options of slippage and max spread, etc.
