RSI REGULAR DIVERGENCE INDICATOR

Hello , everyone I need an RSI indicator THAT ONLY DETECTS regular divergences, in all time frames and that draws the line in the divergence and on the chart automatically, and that when it does, an arrow appears exactly on the candle where the divergence appeared, a green arrow if it is bullish or a red arrow if it is bearish, also that it gives alerts on the screen, and notification to the phone, I need the work to be precise, below I leave some images and some parameters of how the indicator should be, if there is any question about the job , letting me know  greetings
