Safe and stable profitable ea

Need a developer who can provide an MQ4 EA or Python Code which could generate at least 0.5% per day (Stable or consistent).

Strategy:

- Enter in any side of trade (long or short) 
- trade will close with profit or loss in may be 2 to 5 minutes with best AI inside volume parameters, then wait for next trade but cooling time will be there and in 24 hours it will take  80 to 95 trade
- Lots size will be depends on available balance
- minimum starting amount $20 USD to start trading
- Scalping, take a 80 to 95 trades in a day (24 hours) 
- at least 60% win rate of trades so e.g 80 Trades (48 trades profits , 32 loss)
- maximise profit with trailing 
- Minimise loss as well 
- No loss strategy with stable and slow profits 
- Target pair BTC/USD or other 

Risk management:

No martin angle or grid strategy and every trade must have stop loss and take profit (trail profit once profit reached to SL points and then start steps to increasing profitability ).

risk - reward ratio should be 1:2 

The E.A. should have option to change lot size and other parameters in the input. it will works in any type of market non stop EA

Conditions:

Source code must be provided at the end (MQ4).

The E.A. will be tested on my demo account for 2 weeks for proof.

You must run the backtest from 15 years with min 90% quality and show the results proof of this EA.
