A simple E.A. to open/close trades at a specific time with stop loss and take profit (or without)

I need an EA which can open both buy and sell trades at the same time on an same instrument. Each of the trades will have a stop loss and take profit option which would be boolean - so there are 2 sl and 2 tp options. If the sl option is set to true, the sl or tp value would be an integer indicating how many pips away. If set to false, then it is not used. Trades will open on new candles. An option for opening trade - if set to 1, it opens the trade on every new candle, if set to 2, it opens every 2 candles, and so on. There should be a trade closing time for 1M, 2M, 5M and so on. So if sl or tp does not close the trade, it will close based on the closing time set. Both trades would have separate closing time variables. Values should not be hardcoded in the code, but the EA should have a menu.

Variables:

Trade option for buy trade (new candles or every 2 candles etc) - integer

Sl option for buy trade - boolean

Sl value for buy trade- integer or float

Tp option for buy trade- boolean

Tp value for buy trade - integer or float

Closing time for buy trade - range of values(1min,2min, 5mins, etc)

Trade option for sell trade (new candles or every 2 candles etc) - integer

Sl option for sell trade - boolean

Sl value for sell trade- integer or float

Tp option for sell trade- boolean

Tp value for sell trade - integer or float

Closing time for sell trade - range of values(1min,2min, 5mins, etc) 

This is simple and starightforward, shouldn't take much time.
