I need someone who can crate an expert advisor for news. 1 minute before the news to set buy stop and sell stop with fixed tp and stop loss, the limit order should be updated every second and keep always the same distant from the current market prime. to open the trade the limit order need to be touch from the market price before to have an other update. to resume the limit order (buy and sell) have to follow the market price. When a strong move happens the order will be open
