Expert Advisor for MT5: simple repetitive Order

Hello, 

I need a robot with the following specifications:

1. I am using MetaTrader 5.

2. I am trading Futures, especially German DAX40 Future (FDAX, e. g. FDXMU24)

3. I want to execute the same order on every day (when the German market is open, no saturday, no sunday, no holiday/days when market is closed).

3.1. I want to buy or sell (open position) a specific, variable amount of DAX Future every day to a specific variable time (hh:mm:ss) applying German time zone.

3.2. I want to set a stopp loss with a specific variable value expressed in % (e.g. 1.35 %) related to the position I will open by buying or selling the future mentioned in 2. -> in this example my maximimum loss will be 1.35% of my invested capital (not 1.35% of my margin).

3.3. I want to close the position automatically on the same day on a specific time (hh:mm:ss). 

4.  I want to do this order (open position to a specific time with stopp loss in %, closing on the same day to a specifiy time if stopp loss wasn't triggered) automatically on every single day exepct when German market is not open.
