EA Needed for selling, buying, and selling again progressively at certain pip spreads

I need this..

 1) Automatically execute buy orders on up to 25 pairs at market

2) As they hit a certain profit, say 15 pt (this should be adjustable) spread, they will sell the entire lot and then REBUY the same lot amount again (lot size should be adjustable) over and over again as long as they hit the 15pt take profit. Once this happens, they'll log into another account execute a buy or sell order (editable) and return back to their account.

3)Every time this happens, some sort of sound will alarm, something visual on the screen will appear, an (EDITABLE) email will be sent including a TEXT message with the name of the PAIR, LOT size, profit, balance, margin, date & time and then confirmation or error message (it should keep trying if connection error occurs) that the buy or sell on the corresponding account occurred with the PAIR, LOT size, profit, balance, margin, date & time.

 We are looking for a well seasoned professional programmer that will make a bugless EA, will provide installation, training and a demo once completed and make sure it works to our satisfaction.
