Need a EA based on candles behavior/position relative to moving average on the screen

Specifiche

Hi I would like a custom EA/Robot or script to perform the following strategy:

1. Entry is done  manually ( decided by a human). Than EA is activated.

2. Exit should be executed by EA based on  few criterea:

a) Sell exit: 2 consecutive candle closes above fast moving average (8 or 10 EMA) on time frames M5, M15, or higher

Buy exit: 2 consecutive candle closes below fast moving average (8 or 10 EMA) on time frames M5, M15 or higher

OR

b) Reaching the fixed profit target in pips, provided in EA settings
