Add license by email to the indicator . The license should be added automatically every time a customer pays for the subscription. 

There will be different subscriptions to the indicator, subscription for 1 month, subscription for 3 months, subscription for 6 months, subscription for 12 months. I want that if a customer buys, for example, the 1-month option, the license is automatically renewed every month if the subscription is paid again and if it is not paid, it should be cancelled. For example, if a customer purchases the 12-month option, the license will automatically renew every 12 months if the subscription is paid again and if not paid it will be cancelled. need all source code to add in ea or indicator.
