Simple MACD EA

Hello developers, final budget (( 30 $ ))

I want simple MACD EA work in normal ,Reverse,Martingale :

Normal :

Method one :  when histogram open over 0 line,Open buy position or under 0 line take sell position or ((opposite when histogram open over 0 line,Open Sell position or under 0 line take Buy position ))

(( Tp and SL can take by pips or by time close )).

Method two :  when histogram open over signal line,Open buy position or under signal line take sell position or ((opposite when histogram open over Signe line,Open Buy position or under 0 line take Sell position ))

(( Tp and SL can take by pips or by time close )).

Martingale : 

Method one : When histogram open over 0 line,Open buy position 0.01 or under 0 line take sell 0.02 or 0.03 position or ((opposite when histogram open over 0 line,Open Sell position 0.01 or under 0 line take Buy 0.02 or 0.03 position )) (( Tp and SL can take by pips or by ( $ profit or loss ) or by time close )).

Method two :  When histogram open over signal line,Open buy position 0.01 or under signal line take sell position 0.02 or 0.03 or ((opposite when histogram open over Signe line,Open Buy position 0.01 or under 0 line take Sell position 0.02 or 0.03  ))

(( Tp and SL can take by pips or by ($ profit or loss) or by time close )).

1- Add  dynamic lot size % of account, And keeping fixed lot.

2- Add  Time start HH-MM  0=off

3-  Add  Time end HH-MM   0=off

4- Add  Close time for open positions  0=off

5- Add Day of work Mo,Tu,We,Th,Fr

6- (( 0=off )) Add specified amount option, that mean let's say i have 1000$ in my account balance,I want the EA  work with specified amount, let's say 200$, And the EA work all the time with 200$ of 1000$ , Increasing  with profit trades and        decreasing with lost trades,work with      dynamic and fixed lot size and i want panel to know the growth of sub account,for exapmle i start with 200$ sub account from 1000$ main account,And the sub acount (200$) reached to 300$,I want to know that from panel,And if i closed the mt5 terminal and open it againوThe sub account 300$ unchanged,Unless I change it.

7- Add input time frame.

8- Add lot multiplier 2,3,4 for Martingale method.

9-  Add close trade by opposite  signal.

10- Add number of trades by day.

I have moving average EA and i want to add :

1- Add close all open trade in final day of the month by specific time
2- Add close all open trade in final day of the Week by specific time
3- Add martingale If the trade now buy 0.01 lot , And the moving average opposite  signal then take sell
0.02 lot,And if the moving average opposite  signal then take Buy 0.04.......,And add the method of
martinagle multiplier 2,3,4 ,And in martingale can work with or without stop loss,But should be take profit if reached what i want the EA should close all trades
with profit or loss.

4- Add close trade by opposite  signal by profit or loss.
