Copy/Hedging EA with low risk (Hedge Trade management)

This EA will have 3 functions:

Sizing:
User has 2 input parameters to indicate that the trade can (gain / loose) the max_risk_percentage and the input_bips so the EA should calculate the appropriate Lot size in a reverse manner
ex:
Account Size = $10,000
input max_risk_percentage = 0.5%
input input_bips = 15 bips
result:
If Maximum risk is $50 in 15 bips then lot size should be $50 / 0.0015 / 100,000 (standard lot size) = 0.33333 Lots

Signal:
will be a separate function that will generate BUy / Sell Orders for now you may keep it random

Order Doublling:
System should run with one order at a time with the aim at making a profit for the master at all times with a provision of doubling down at every loss up to a maximum of 5 trades per day.
first trade risk max_risk_percentage - if profitable then next trade will have the same risk, if it lost money next trade will double the risk.. etc...
