MetaTrader 4 to Google Sheet

Good morning,

I need an EA that will read user MetaTrader 4 account and get all data to google sheet Auto 
Please code this project on just 1 EA, not python running vs vs

it will be every 5 sec, 15 Sec, 30 sec, 1 min, 5 min, 15 min, 30 min, 1 Hour (Depends on Input)



These are the columns of Google Sheet PAGE 1

User # = First user is 1, than 2 3 4 5....
Account # = User MetaTrader 4 Account Number
Broker: Name Of The Broker
Name: User Name
Starting Date: User Resgitration Date
Initial Deposit: First Deposit
Deposits: the deposits After Initial Deposit
Withdrawls: total withdrawls user did
Net= (Initial Deposit + Deposits - Withdrawls)
Balance: Account current Balance
Equity: Account Current Equity
Profit Loss: Total profit and Loss from beginning( Deposits and Withdrawls are not included)(Open Trades Counted)
Growth: % of account that growth
TOTAL Profit: User account ALL TIME Profit with closed trades only( Open trades not counted)
Daily Profit: User account today Profit with closed trade(Today Closed Trade)(Open Time is not important)
Weekly Profit:  User account Weekly Profit with closed trade(Weekly Closed Trade)(Open Time is not important)
Monthly Profit: Same
Yearly Profit: Same

Note: EA add new row for all new clients that is not recorded to Google Sheet
and each raw has different row color, 1 white, 1 grey

Total User: Total number of account
Total Trade: All Users total closed trades number ( All time)
Total Lot: All Users total closed trades Lot Size ( All time)
Total Profit: All Users total closed trades Profit and Loss ( All time)

other time frames are also same as total, it musnt forget that, it only counts closed trades from history data

ALERTS:
it will give alert(notificition, mobile alert, email alert) to user
When account has problem at trades
For example when daily open trades reached %5 loss it will give alert
